Cognitive Emotion Regulation
The Cognitive Emotion Regulation Workshop is a small-group learning experience focused on recognizing how our thoughts shape our emotions in challenging emotional states and developing more functional coping strategies. Participants explore mental patterns such as overthinking, self-blame, and catastrophizing, while discovering cognitive emotion regulation strategies such as acceptance, reappraisal, perspective-taking, and planning through experience-based content. This workshop is designed as a safe, interactive, and carefully curated learning experience that connects psychological awareness with everyday life.
