She completed her high school education in the Intensive German Language Program and Philology Department at Spiru Haret College in Bucharest. She then graduated from the Department of Tourism and General Geography at the University of Bucharest. Throughout her education, she developed a strong interest in foreign language teaching and intercultural communication, supporting her professional development with international certifications. In addition to her German Language Proficiency Certificate, she holds an internationally recognized TESOL English Teaching Certificate. She has also received a Certificate in Teaching Romanian as a Foreign Language from the International Language Association. Furthermore, she continues her work in the field of international language education as the only member of this association in Turkey. She has been teaching foreign languages for approximately 15 years. In her professional work, she adopts communication-oriented and contemporary teaching methods tailored to students’ needs, contributing to the teaching of Romanian, German, and English. By working with students from different age groups and proficiency levels, she aims to make language learning processes more effective and efficient. She believes that language education is not limited to acquiring grammar knowledge, but is also an important tool that builds bridges between cultures. In this regard, she continues to support her students’ academic, professional, and personal development.

Romanian Language Training
Romanian language training is designed for participants who wish to develop the language from the basics through a gradual, safe, and interactive learning process. In programs conducted at A1, A2, and B1 levels, daily communication, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar structures, speaking practice, and cultural context are addressed together. Lasting approximately 4 months, the trainings are offered online as a Monday–Wednesday morning group or a Thursday–Sunday evening group through a curated learning experience specially designed for small groups.

The Romanian A1 group offers a basic and safe learning environment for participants who are learning the language for the first time. The focus is on everyday expressions, basic vocabulary, pronunciation, self-introduction, asking simple questions, and forming short dialogues. The program is offered online as a Monday–Wednesday morning group or a Thursday–Sunday evening group through a curated learning experience specially designed for small groups.
A2
The Romanian A2 group is designed for participants who wish to improve their basic knowledge and begin using the language more comfortably in everyday life. Participants develop their ability to communicate on basic topics such as daily conversations, the use of past and future tenses, understanding short texts, shopping, travel, family, work, and social life. The program is offered online as a Monday–Wednesday morning group or a Thursday–Sunday evening group through a curated learning experience specially designed for small groups.
B1
The Romanian B1 group is designed for participants who wish to use the language more independently, fluently, and confidently. At this level, the focus is on speaking practice, reading comprehension, written expression, vocabulary depth, and expressing oneself more clearly and coherently in everyday or professional contexts. The program is offered online as a Monday–Wednesday morning group or a Thursday–Sunday evening group through a curated learning experience specially designed for small groups.

What level does the program start from?
The program starts at the beginner A1 level. Participants who have not previously studied Romanian are placed in the A1 group. For participants with prior learning experience, a short level assessment is conducted to determine the most suitable group.

How are the lessons conducted?
Lessons are conducted live online. The program is designed to support grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening, writing, and especially speaking practice. Lesson materials are prepared according to participants’ needs and shared throughout the course.

How many participants are there in each class?
Classes are limited to 15–20 participants. At DAF Education, class sizes are intentionally kept limited, as speaking practice, participant interaction, and regular feedback are essential parts of the learning process.

Lessons are planned with weekday morning, weekday evening, and Sunday group options. Current group openings and schedule details are shared with participants during the registration process.

What are the details of the Romanian Level Training Program?
Our Romanian course program consists of a total of 120 hours of live online training covering A1, A2, and B1 levels. Each level is planned as 40 hours, and lessons are conducted 2 days a week, for a total of 4 hours per week. Scheduling is arranged according to students’ availability, with morning, evening, and alternative group options.
The A1 level starts as of late June / early July, while A2 and B1 levels continue consecutively according to the planned schedule. Classes are limited to 15–20 participants.

How is the Romanian Speaking Lesson conducted?
The Romanian Speaking Lesson is a practice-oriented class designed to help students actively use what they have learned and speak more comfortably in daily communication. It is held online for 2 hours per week, and the quota is limited to 10 participants.
The lesson includes introductions, self-expression, everyday conversation patterns, question-and-answer activities, and speaking practice that may support preparation for the citizenship interview.

Can those preparing for the Romanian citizenship process join this program?
Yes. The program is also suitable for participants preparing for the Romanian citizenship process. In addition to language training, participants in the citizenship process are supported with speaking practice, interview preparation, and basic communication skills.

Which level should I prepare for according to my citizenship application date?
Your citizenship application date is important for proper guidance. According to current practices, some application periods may require a more advanced level of language preparation. Therefore, before registration, your application year and current Romanian level are reviewed, and you are informed about the most suitable training plan for you.

Is separate preparation provided for the citizenship interview?
Yes. Individual or small-group focused preparation sessions can be planned for participants whose citizenship interview date has been confirmed. These sessions cover topics such as role-playing, telling one’s personal story, introducing family members, daily life questions, Romanian culture, and speaking practice in an official institution setting.

When should interview preparation be done?
It is recommended that interview preparation be planned, if possible, at least 15 days before the interview date given by the Consulate General of Romania. This allows the participant to practice speaking, identify areas for improvement, and prepare with greater confidence.

What happens if I have previously taken Romanian lessons?
If you have previously taken Romanian lessons, a short level assessment is conducted. Based on the assessment result, you may be placed in a beginner, elementary, or more advanced group.

Is a certificate provided at the end of the training?
At the end of the program, a DAF Romanian Language Training certificate of participation may be issued based on participation and assessment processes. The certification process takes into account the participant’s attendance and in-program evaluations.

For participants who need preparation for the B1 level, exam-focused guidance and preparation support can be provided. Information about the current exam schedule, application requirements, and quota procedures is shared during the registration process.

Who is the instructor?
Our instructor is a graduate of language teaching and speaks Turkish, English, and Romanian. She has experience in teaching Romanian and structures the course content according to the participants’ needs.

Lesson materials are prepared by the instructor and shared with participants according to the program content. The materials are organized with consideration of language learning, speaking practice, and preparation needs for the citizenship process.

What happens for missed lessons?
The process for missed lessons is handled within the framework of the group structure and program policy. Lesson recordings are also shared with students. Participants are encouraged to attend classes regularly. In cases of long-term absence, group progress and the overall balance of the training are taken into consideration.

A short preliminary meeting is held before registration. During this meeting, your purpose for learning Romanian, citizenship application status, application year, current level, and suitable days/times are discussed. You are then informed about the appropriate group and the registration process.
